Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"The team at Pupa Winery is exceptional! We stayed with them for 5 days and boy, were we lucky. A vineyard and winery tour with tasting is included in the price and what a blast! We had so much fun, we stayed on and had a beautiful dinner and made friends. The owners and the team are warm and friendly. Breakfast was traditional Berati with a spread of fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and even petula made to order! If I have to complain, the WiFi is weak in the room but it’s so easy to...

"Un hôtel au pied du château avec une vue imprenable sur la ville de Berat depuis le restaurant où même la chambre. Un dîner et un petit déjeuner extraordinaire aux spécialités locales. Chambre nikel, salle de bain très bien. Si vous souhaitez atteindre la ville à pied, il faudra compter une vingtaine de minutes mais attention la descente et donc la remontee sont assez raides. Cela ne nous a posé aucun problème mais ce n’est peut être pas adapté pour tout le monde. "

"Lovely helpful host who came to meet us when we got lost! Walkable from beach, restaurants and bars. Lovely lively area but also quiet once you’re in the apartment. We shared the triple room and it was perfect for what we wanted. Lovely spacious balcony also "
