"Old hotel.. outdated… clean but needs to be updated"

"Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Only had one wash cloth and one coffee cup? humm The parking was great"

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Everything inside the room was fine, but everything else was insane. The highway noise was already super loud, but it was nothing compared to what happened overnight. Around 2 a.m., a group of people arrived in a car with no muffler, yelling and arguing loudly, slamming doors, my bed was shaking. At one point, someone shouted, “You’re filthy, no one wants you.” Shortly after, a man appeared to be negotiating with a hooker right outside our door—it felt like they were inside the room with us....

"Checkin was worrysome. Key card did not work X 3. Maintenance came to "check batteries" and found it was locked from the inside. ???? made us concerned re: security. moved us to another room. Housekeeping came by first morning- said they would come back with towels. Never got clean towels and had to go ask both evenings. Breakfast was good with variety. Heat was difficult to work. Given the cost, would NOT stay here again- . "

"The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Check in did took a good 20ish minutes because only one person was doing everything.! The room was okay. Good size pool. Breakfast was good not a whole lot but everything was good. They do have side doors open which is kinda creepy because anyone can just walk in without being noticed. Otherwise it was ok. Near by gas station and restaurant 8 minutes away from Ilani casino and 10 minutes away from In-and-Out. "

"Love this place, 3rd time staying here. Got a room with en-suite bathroom this time, well worth the extra money. Lots of old world charm, located in the heart of downtown, near restaurants and shopping. Came with a delicious breakfast! Will stay here every time I’m in town."

"I have stayed here several times, but the management has changed since my last stay 5 months ago. I received an email prior to this stay, but nothing described the change in the shuttle service. Because they previously shared a regular shuttle with Embassy Suites, I waited for that vehicle, but was then told they now had a different bus and that I would have to call them for a pickup. I should have been made aware of this ahead of time. I went to the bar to order food to take to my room. ...

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."

"Great room, very clean and safe hotel. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Enjoyed their free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again."

"Property was old, but also partially remodeled. Chair and headboard had scratches in it, as if a cat had stayed there. It was fine and fairly affordable for staying the night and heading to the airport."
