"Overall, we had a great stay. The staff informed us to park at the parking area behind the hotel but did not provide clear guidance. The signs where our car should be parked was very confusing. It was terrible to roam around with my 3 year son to figure out parking for over two hours. The airport shuttle was very helpful. Some items went missing from our bag which was slightly concerning. A lot needs to be improved at this facility."

"Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available"

"Didn’t realize breakfast was not included. Toilet broke. Handy man came and fixed it. Good pillows. Great location. Needs updated. All in all not bad. Depending on where I am going in the Pittsburgh area I may or may not stay at that hotel again."

"The rooms were very dirty. Looks like the only thing they do to prepare a room for a new guest is change the sheets Airport shuttle was very convenient. Air conditioning needed a filter change but at least it was blowing cold air."

"All of the staff were very nice. Our room was clean, nicely arranged and had everything we needed. Parking was free and plenty of it. The only complaint is the coffee situation. The in-room coffee maker was just OK and the creamer and sugar packet only had one pack of the powered creamer. There was supposed to be coffee in the lobby, but it was always empty when I went down."

"Upon check-in staff did not ask or inform us about registering for the shuttle to the airport. The staff member did mention the shuttle times, starting at 410am, and then hourly. We were unable to take the shuttle because we were not registered for it. Parking at the was an additional cost. The staff member checking us in did not ask if we'd be leaving any vehicles in the lot. The hotel is still somewhat under construction for over a year. The room was great, the staff that checked us...

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."

"I arrived expecting to find a comfortable king bed, a relaxed sitting area and a luxurious bathroom. I did find all those. I also knew they had dining available in the lobby, but I was so surprised by the variety of items they offered and the quality. We had pre-ordered breakfast when booking the room - basically two for the price of one. We each got a "hot entree" and coffee. Starbucks coffee. "The air didn’t work even after a guy came up and checked it. We called back to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms which was too inconvenient. Everything else was ok"
