"Breakfast was great. Room was everything advertised. "

"The owner is wonderful but the property is in rough shape. The beds were just cots, the pillows were cardboard thin, the room smelled moldy and all of us could not stop sneezing. The worst, which is not clear in the listing, was a shared bathroom for 4 rooms! We had to wait almost 45 minutes for our daughter to use the bathroom in the morning. Not ideal and we would not have booked this if we knew. No one slept for the 2 nights we were there. Nice quiet location but would not stay here again. "

"Loved this place. It was clean, staff very friendly, surmounting neighborhood awesome. Close to train station and taking cab to airport or water taxi anywhere was super easy from this location. Rooms size salad good. Yummy breakfast. I wish they had little life yeast for luggage but still with all good experience it was worth to carry our bags in room 😊"

"The location of Casa Martini is approximately 6 minute walk from train station and Vaparetto stops. The location is also close to many restaurants in the area. Our only interaction with staff was at the front desk. They were very kind and informative. The hotel is old and has much character. Our room was large and comfortable. There was also a large nicely decorated patio with large shade umbrellas!! Grazi Mille Casa Martini!!"

"Very comfortable and relatively modern room for our family, and we loved the location - quiet but easy walks everywhere we wanted to see. Disappointed that we could not have the AC on (apparently not in season) and that we had to pay extra for coffee pod replenishments for the room (minor point, but annoying as this is the only place where we experienced this during our travels). Staff were helpful in coordinating water taxis. Overall very good option for Venice."

"The place is very well located in Cannaregio-a close walk from the train station and away (but not too much) from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The facilities are modern and have good taste. However, the standout is the staff. Every single person is extremely friendly and helpful. We felt welcome through our stay at all times. Would definitely come back and will definitely recommend. "

Baño con amenidades, secadora, etc. 100% recomendable!!"
