You walk right out of the front door onto the Venice boardwalk and bike path. The beach right there happens to also have public bathrooms and showers so if you go and take toys down to the water, you can rinse them off before returning to your room. "This hotel was a pleasant surprise for the room decor, in room amenities, etc. But the negatives were the overpriced parking costs and also the location. The vagrants, homeless, drug addicts all around the entrance, alley ways, public areas in front of the hotel were disgusting. They even keep the main door locked cause of all the issues. Venice beach in general is disgusting. They really need to clean up that area to be charging those kind of prices."
