The room had everything you need - a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, a normal hotel bathroom, and a washing machine - good for long and short term stays. Very friendly staff and good internet. The hotel is a block from the metro and very near the main train station and main bus station - a quick taxi ride away."

"We stayed at Fairmont to celebrate our friend's birthday. Now I think it was perfect place for that. I asked at the reception to make small gift for my friend and you know, hotel provided a bottle of prosecco. It was very kind. The hotel is really luxury. The rooms in classic with huuuuge bathroom. The stuff is very kind and useful, especially waiter Ivan in the restaurant. He made our mornings. As for safety, there is a shelter in the underground parking. "I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!"
