We had a wonderful stay. Warm and welcoming staff, a true boutique experience that we were looking for. The location is great, not far from a water bus stop and has a convenient platform within the hotel for private water taxes. Breakfast is great and the restaurant is very nice. Would stay there again.

The property is fantastic for a 500 yr old property. Of course it could use a few touch ups but it had everything we needed, an excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and great location to most of the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel which oozed character was an excellent find. Close to St Marks Square but situated in a quiet corner of Venice. The staff were all helpful and polite and great at answering all our questions. Breakfasts offered a wide selection of foods and although we never ate our dinner in the hotel it always was busy. Best part was sitting relaxing by the canal in the reception area sipping a cool glass of beer or aperol spritz! I would highly recommend this small hotel.

Best location. Right on a canal, gondolas and service boats. Free trip to Murano from our hotel. Great breakfast! Fabulous cappuccinos pastries scrambled eggs so fresh! Just perfect. We will visit again. Maybe try a higher floor if you want the windows open. Very good air conditioning, and soundproof windows not that you need it, Venice is an orchestra out your window.
