"The rooms were ok pretty clean but for being so new already had grout missing in the tile. If you are staying for a rugby match 10/10 on location. If there for the city and you do not have a car it is not an ideal location. Luckily we had a rental car so it was perfect for us."

"I did expected better but I was so disappointed starting at the check-in process (too long ) long waiting period, long line and one one staff, no AC in the small waiting room. We got to room ,no towels ,the staff came later on to drop the towels, opened the door without knocking first. Poor customer service overall! Mediocre facility. "

"Perfekt in der Altstadt von Lyon gelegenes Hotel. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Geschichte. Der Knüller ist natürlich der Pool-Bereich, der sich zwischen grottenartigen Mauern durchzieht. Ein Traum! Das Frühstück ist, einschließlich glutenfrei, sehr, sehr gut; hier wie im gesamten Hotel ist das außerordentlich hilfreiche Personal hervorzuheben. Wir hatten drei Zimmer der selben Kategorie, die über drei Stockwerke verteilt sehr unterschiedlich waren. Alle sehr schön und edel eingerichtet....

"I booked this property for the pool, which did not disappoint. About 20 meters long with hot tub attached. Also had a steam room and full spa services(which I did not try). We ate light lunches at the bar and breakfasts in the small dining room. There are 3 very good restaurants adjacent - we tried fixed menu at two and were not disappointed - plus the views were very nice. (The third is Michelin Star rated).
