"Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. "Casino is clean and Staff is friendly, Rooms are clean, housekeeping very helpful and friendly. Poolside they only had one server and we had to wait a long time for drinks from poolside bar. Cabanas need maintenance, we couldn't close curtains because they were tearing and zippers were broken."

Our family planned this trip 1 month ago, it was really inconvenient that that pool was closed 4th of July weekend for “maintenance”
I paid half to reserve and was too late to cancel but hotel should be more mindful when doing “maintenance” on a busy weekend or at least give some options for the inconvenience"
