"The lady at check out does have a chip on her shoulder. She did give me a room that had a working tv due to the one I was assigned not working. The room was very old and tattered offering the bare minimum. I didn’t spend very much time in the room due to it being depressing. Went out and explored what Ventura had to offer on a Monday, came back and slept for the night, on top of my sleeping bag. Heard the bed bugs were bad. If you want a budget place to sleep near downtown it could be good. But...

"As soon as I walked in, I was early staff said no problem will give you an upgrade. Your room was not quite ready. Everything was brand new floors, kitchen bathroom beds. Very friendly very quick quiet."

"It is located near a freeway entrance, but it is still surrounded by a lot of great places to eat and explore. The staff was so lovely and helpful. I got a lovely welcome gift upon arrival! The pool was refreshing and lots of outdoor area to enjoy as well as the room. It exceeded my expectations!"

"If you are going to visit the Ronald Reagan Library, this hotel is perfectly located! The staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best free breakfast we have had. Will definitely stay here next time we are up this way. "

"Property is in a great location! Just needs some tender loving care! I recommend a meeting room where people can gather. So they won’t do it in your Parking lot where it may cause fear to others. And I recommend a deposit with each stay for any damages made to your rooms. I also recommend a good cleaning crew to clean the outside. I had a clean room and I slept very comfortable! So I was happy! Overall I had a good night! "
