I stayed here during a work trip and unfortunately had plumbing issues in my room. When I called the front desk, no one apologized or offered to move me to another room — they simply asked when maintenance could come by. I explained I had to be at work and they could enter anytime, but no follow-up was provided.
I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel. At check-out, I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was after 11 AM and I “should have reported it earlier,” even though I had notified them when the issue happened.
Later that afternoon, I received a text message asking for feedback about my stay. I shared the same concerns I had given the front desk, but never received any response.
Overall, I was very disappointed with how this was handled. On top of that, the rooms, amenities, and elevators are all noticeably outdated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until both the property and customer service are improved.
