"This property is located in a poor area and the roads going to the property are unpaved. Not a property that is meant for an extended stay."

"The television did not come on, even after I replaced the remote batteries. Every flat surface had cigarette burns on it. Furniture had multiple rips and holes. It's a by the hour flop house on the wrong side of town and doesn't belong in your portfolio."
