"Property was welcoming unfortunately even with requesting early check in had to wait until almost 3 for my room. On my 3rd night of being there as I was getting ready for bed a cockroach the size of a mouse was running on the bed frame and wall. Who knows how long it had been in my room when I notified front desk they ask if I was from Florida but it’s normal. Not the way to handle the situation and offered to give me a second room. "I was in Florida on a business trip. We switched hotels our last couple of days so that I could relax and hideaway by the pool. But the pool was disgusting and filthy. The rest of the hotel.
