The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. "Close to the centre of town and the waterfront. The restaurant is adequate. Most rooms are quite good however I was allocated a second floor room which had totally inefficient air-conditioning. The heat in the room was unbearable. I had to ask twice to be relocated and after two miserable nights finally got moved to a ground floor room."
