"Clean room… and convenient area"

"The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...

"I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! The hotel was nice. I didn't have the breakfast and I didn't try the indoor pool so I can't speak on either of those. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The 40' Samsung TV is on a movable mount. The shower has the wide curtain rods and good pressure with really hot...

"The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night."

"The view was good, the room was ok the toilet wouldn’t flush! The run around I dealt with to get a decent room was a bit much, the parking was awful! Thanks for the stay I don’t think I would recommend or return!"

"Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!"

"This is a bait and switch maybe because booked through expedia because they mentioned it at check in but there are 3 buildings -the registration building where breakfast is, the main building where there are ocean views , balconies 2 pools and a lazy river. Also a tiki bar and whatever else. ALL the amenities are there. But what we got was in a third building with none of that. We were the only ones in the whole building the first night. We walked in and the table lamp didn’t work the switch...

"Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly "

"Breakfast was very basic cereals, bread, toast and Waffle. So if you love carbohydrates, it's the place to be. Could use some scrambled eggs, or sausages. Very clean."
