"There was no concession at the water park; two of the four slides were broken. There was no free breakfast as Google stated. Food was found in the air conditioning vents. The room was dirty, and the hotel grounds were poorly maintained. etc."

"This Hyatt location is very nice and appealing. Our bed and room was clean. The only thing that was non cleaned was our shower. That was a bummer, so I cleaned it myself. It was overall clean, but there was hair on the walls Im guessing from the previous person. Breakfast was delicious and upscale compared to other hotels. They had gluten free muffins Udis brand which was a major plus"

"Extra fresh towels given upon request, Wendy was very helpful and kind (smile) during our entire stay.Breakfast was good, eggs, sausage,waffles and great coffee (the good stuff Folgers)😊Bagels, toast, fruit and juices.Always plenty to eat and drink even when close to closing time (smile) We will definitely stay again. Oh! almost forgot our King suite room was huge and had a jetted tub! Thanks a mill "
