"Clean & comfortable room, quick breakfast with decent variety & close to everything we needed. Only minor issue was the water pressure in our room with the shower. Low water pressure! That’s about it."

"The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit. Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance. "Pet suite, could smell that a dog previously had peed on the carpet or near the AC. When the air would turn on we smelled it. Not surprised as we booked the only room accommodating for pets and had a new kitten with us on short notice. It’s a pet room, after all. Room could use better cleaning in the nooks and crannies as there was dog hair in some of the corners. 7/10 for room/bathroom cleanliness (the bathroom grout between the tiles was pretty gross) but 9/10 for bath tub cleanliness...

"Our room was beautiful and beds very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and we will definitely stay there again! The breakfast was ok but no pancakes or waffles."
