"My alarm went off at 7:00 in the morning. Frustrating."

"1. The microwave didn't work. 2. The toilet paper holder was broken. 3. The TV would turn on, but wasn't capable of watching channels. 4. The bathroom faucet wasn't even secured to the vanity. 5. Some sort of growth spots on the bathroom ceiling. 6. Relatively dirty and outdated for a "Deluxe" room."

"Room was dirty (drawers, bed frame, bathroom cabinets, tub, etc.) Lots of stains on towels, bathroom ceiling (couldn’t tell if it was mold). Blanket on bed was dirty and saw multiple bugs in room. Room had an odd odor. Door was hard to open and shut. Would never stay here again."

"When you rent a hotel room you expect it to be cleaned daily unless otherwise told. It is utter nonsense to come back to your room and have it not clean and told that's the policy. We pay to have our room cleaned. You can ASK if we don't need it done, but the assumption is to clean. Anyone else tired of feeling like they need a lawyer to get anything done on the most basic level?"

"MY STAY THERE WAS VERY PLEASANT. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THEY EVEN OFFERED SEVERAL PROTIEN OPTIONS. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER TO THE AIRPORT WAS KIND AND THE DRIVE WAS SMOOTH. ALSO THE DRVER WAS MOST HELPFUL GETTING ME IN AND OUT OF THE VAN AND MAKING SURE I WAS STABLE ENOUGH TO GET INTO THE TICKET COUNTER"

"Clean room. Check in staff lacked friendliness. No hello. No smile. WiFi with pass code would not work. Breakfast staff were not helpful and didn’t seem to understand English when asked about a certain item. Requested a double bed room and got a single bed? King size one instead. Despite a few negatives would give it another chance if in the area."

"This hotel seemed old that someone attempted to update but it didn't quite work out. It looked nice but was very dark and not the cleanest feeling. I couldn't get myself to take my socks off and didn't want to take a shower without shoes on. The staff was extremely nice and helpful."

"Would have been nice to know the pool has been out for months. Like half of the hotel was under construction. Didn’t realize they only come in the room every other day, so had to call for more towels. Good breakfast"

"We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Eagan for 9 days this June for our daughter’s wedding, and this was our second stay here. We booked three rooms as well as the meeting room for a pre‑wedding event. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The staff truly made our stay exceptional, Michael, Momin, and Sam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even the general manager, Pravesh, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.It genuinely felt like a second home...
