Condo tại Vermont

"Overall, we had a very positive experience. The property was clean, and the location was excellent. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with dishes, spices, utensils, and other essentials. Having dishwasher detergent, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid provided was also a thoughtful touch. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. The sofa bed could not be opened on the first night of our three-night stay. We contacted the onsite manager, who came the following morning to...

"DO NOT STAY HERE——What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an infuriating and exhausting ordeal due to gross negligence and unprofessional conduct by the property management company overseeing this privately owned condo. On my second day I left briefly for breakfast and after I returned I was shocked to discover that the door code to my condo did not work, leaving me locked out of the property. I called the property management office multiple times before anyone answered. When I...

"The cabin was beautiful. The king size bed was so comfortable. The shower&bathtub was 5 star! We loved it"

"Staying at Trail Creek 5 was practically everything we needed for a long weekend motorcycle tour get away. Communication with the host was great. Peter at the Killington Group was very understanding and was easy to communicate with when we had some problems with our booking on my end. The space was larger than my own apartment. Complete with dishwasher, washer and dryer. There's even a dining table and a total of 3 TVs. My only complaint would be that the pull-out couch and bed were old and...

"I had trouble getting in and out of the inner roads around the buildings and had to wait to use my rental car until the bus traffic cleared Old Mill Rd. to slush. This made me kind of locked in, but the bus service to and from the ski lodges did make it possible to ski. And that was the main reason I stayed at Mountain Green Resort the proximity and shuttle service."

"Nice place for a couples stay. Some of the utensils, mugs etc were uncleant - still had food stains and coffee stains. Bathroom was not cleant properly. There was hair on the floor when we got there. Toilet was stained and not cleant properly either. Mattress was not very comfortable either. On the day of our arrival when we were lost and called - a lady answered our call and she said someone would call us back but we never got a call back and spent 10-15 mins trying to find the place at...

"Yes by a shuttle very easy"

"It would be good if they informed you that the unit is a walkout basement unit. Also out key code did not work when we arrived. Answering service gave us the cleaning peoples code that only worked once. day 2 we had to call and get a third code. "

"Everything was good except minor confusion with the lock code. But response was quick, and the issue was resolved."

"I was promised the fire place worked. that is the only reason I booked the place. I expect a portion 0f what I spent returned."
