"Stopped here for a night to visit Cinque Terre. Staff were happy to answer plenty of questions, give recommendations and helpful tips about CT and also La Spezia and the surrounding area. Place is conveniently a stone’s throw from the train station, too. Would recommend!"

"Omg... The staff is absolutely amazing. We were arriving late but that had no problem assisting us getting to the hotel. Elisa was a darling. She kept in touch with me via WhatsApp and tried to assist us getting back to the hotel after trainitalia personnel was striking. This part was frustrating but it is what it is. The hotel was super clean and not far from the train for commute. Definitely a great spot of you want to to stay in La Spezia."

They also guided us when we left and took us the quickest way and easiest route with our luggage. The room had everything we needed for our stay. There was no mini fridge only the mini bar which could only fit one bottle of wine. Overall an excellent trip but make sure to pack lightly because the stairs are no joke. "
