"Excellent location for a hotel close to CDG airport. 2 kids in my family group loved the access to waterpark. Breakfast was well stocked and offered a variety of choices. For airport shuttle you must make a reservation to assure your timely departure."

"The room was very nice but the air conditioner couldn’t keep up and of course everything was blamed on the heat wave, but one of the couple that was with us said that her room was freezing. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the air conditioner system, because the heatwave is going to happen every year."

"I only stayed here one night, because I needed to fly out the next day. I got in very late and could not get an Uber for over 20minutes and there were not many people around to even ask for help. I called Marriott customer service who explained that I should take the shuttle to Terminal 3. You will see signs for CitizenM in the airport and other airport hotels, which was extremely helpful! The walk was about 9 minutes. When I arrived the lobby was packed and loud because of a World Cup game but...

"Room is disorderly, smelly carpets on corridors, inferior and dirty curtains, outdated furniture, dirty walls, water stained ceiling with edges not filled in, old light fittings, air conditioning lacking power, blocked bathroom sink, etc., etc., the list goes on. This property is in desperate need for upgrades. The shuttle pickup is not frequent. Staff is unfriendly, never respond to online messages, communication is one way, need training in customer care."

"A basic hotel, good if you're catching an early flight. Check in was slow--not enough staff and our key didn't work (they gave us a new room). Breakfast was surprisingly good--lots of variety and available very early."

"Stayed here to be close to the airport for a flight the next day. Room was clean and a good size. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was busy so some of the food options were gone by about 8:30 am. I don’t know if they refilled the items or not. Quality of breakfast was ok but nothing exceptional. Used the hotel shuttle to get to the airport with no concerns or issues. Overall, this hotel was fine for a one-night stay."
