Khách sạn Verneuil-l'Étang

"Very nice staff Room Excellent Food was A1 could not fault anything about our stay will use this hotel again in the near future"

"Ecerything was Excellent except...they say that they have air conditioning, and they have an individual modern thermostat in each room, BUT they control the temperature setting. Our room stat was set at 80 deg F. When I tried to set it to 72 def F, it would not allow me to reset it. So, I figured I would just open the windows. They have them screwed shut so we had to sleep in an 80 degree room with no fresh air. Other than that the hotel was excellent."

"Chambre propre et personnel souriant"

"The hotel was clean and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary shuttle bus was a fantastic addition and just what we needed to get to and from Disneyland. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay, and would happily recommend the hotel. "Petit déjeuner copieux, facile d’accès, très bel environnement"

"Staff don’t provide all the benefits that the hotel has for the guests. And the cleaning service wasn’t good enough."

"Alles sehr angenehm. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker."

"Excellent spa but otherwise disappointing. Booked a superior room and was given a room on the ground floor with a view of the car park where everyone walking to reception could see in if I raised the blinds. Unhelpful staff and very bland food."
