Beds were comfy, room and hotel were clean, loved the pool/hot tub area, staff was amazing, Lily specifically was truly exceptional, we had an issue that she assisted with and was very accommodating. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Mankato."

"Hotel was horrible. Carpet was wet, room felt and smelt damp. Our room had an armchair with a seat cushion that didn’t match the chair and the vinyl on the cushion was all ripped up. Big hole in the carpet. Bedding was stained. There was a mysterious sauce stain on the phone handle. The phone didn’t have a way to contact the front desk. Ceiling had holes both in the room and hallway. The outside siding was severely damaged"

"The staff was amazing, very helpful and organized and friendly"

"AC in first room did not work. Front desk was very helpful in moving us to a new room. The AC there worked but was not great. Beds are not that comfortable. Hotel is outdated and in need of a remodel. Still a decent budget option with a decent breakfast offering if you are just looking for a place to get some rest."

"Very clean room and plenty of towels. Clean bathroom. The front desk staff were attentive and approachable. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to tip your housekeeper."

"Property is dated but okay. Hotel room didn't have hand soap in the bathroom and the body wash was empty."

"The room was not very clean, stuff splattered on bathroom walls, heavy layer of dust in sleeping area. Freezer frosted over so bad the door wouldn’t shut, bathtub drain couldn’t keep up with shower, corner of the window screen was pulled open and shredded. There was a beetle in the bathroom and one in the breakfast area."

"Our stay was disappointing overall. Although this is a non-smoking hotel, the room had a strong smoke smell that was difficult to tolerate. The odor was so pervasive that even the clothes in our suitcases smelled like smoke after our stay. The TV remote was also broken, and the room felt humid despite the air conditioning running, which made it less comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their kindness. However, for the price we paid, we expected a cleaner,...
