"The hotel furnishings are showing their age. Property seemed well maintained and room was clean. First room assigned had problem with lights by bed and a dead house phone. Desk personnel reassigned to larger room at no charge. Bed was ok though a bit soft for me.
Breakfast was ok to good (same items for three days we visited), and the dining area was clean and kept tidy.
Hotel personnel at front desk, dining area, and housekeeping were friendly and helpful.
I rated the stay as good...

"They downgraded a room we had reserved and wouldn't refund the difference. This was after no one was at the front desk for 20 + minutes to check in. The tub was dirty and nothing was stocked. Breakfast was good at least. Usually have good luck at other Holiday Inn Expresses, but not this one."

"Our room had roaches. Then they offered another room. That room also had roaches. Then they were to refund my money with the staff members name on this card. I’ve not received my money. I complained to Expedia also."
