Si tu arrives à 30 min de la fin il y’a certains plats qui sont vides et pas remplacés. Aussi le spa est payant, information qui n’était pas assez claire avant la réservation. Sinon tout était beau. "First off, the location is EXCELLENT. The building is well maintained, very clean, and nice. I think if you were staying several days (or longer), in Verona, you’d be very happy here. The bathroom was very stylish and modern. I wished it had a tiny bit more amenities, like a shower cap. Because the staff is only available in certain hours, i didn’t bother asking for one for my short stay. The toiletry products are good quality. The bedroom was very cute, clean, and spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. Also, the graphic design on the welcome and info items was 10/10. Nice quality paper. I don’t usually comment on that, but it was so nice it was worth mentioning. There was high quality coffee available, and you could honestly bring your own Nespresso pods (the little ones); I was a little disappointed there was no milk or milk alternative (or even packaged “creamer). The wifi didn’t work so well towards the back of the apartment, and this was a little frustrating. Overall, they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful. I would stay there again while visiting Verona. Also, it seemed a great value for the money."

"Check in was OK but the guy showing us the apartment was not well and was not very informative about the place. He didn't tell us that the main door in to the building was electronically controlled for exit. There was a place to insert the key but it didn't open the door. By chance I pushed what I thought was a light switch and the door unlocked. Also there are no printed instructions for any of the appliances. The bathroom was modern and clean with a good sized walk in shower. The bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed and ample wardrobe space. The TV showed Netflix, Prime etc and was easy to operate. It was quiet at night."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Casamore Rooms. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Verona and get around the city. The host was very helpful, friendly and responsive, which made our stay more comfortable. The only downside was the noise outside early in the morning, which could be disturbing if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a good place to stay in a fantastic location, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Verona."
