"Breakfast was Great offered alot of variety like eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal with different toppings, bagels, coffee, juices, milk. The indoor pool and weight room were clean. The room was modern, clean and spacious big bathroom with glass shower. The Hotel was pretty quiet except for the Highway noise.The room was well stocked with plenty of towels,extra bedding and alot of extras like shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, iron, coffee pot, mini fridge. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My wife and I stayed for the weekend and both really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stayed here for one night while in town for a volleyball event. From the photos, I understood this wasn’t going to be a brand-new hotel, so my expectations were that it would be dated but still clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was completely unavailable and covered with boards. The pool itself was okay, although there was a large hair clump floating in it. I understand that can happen, but it wasn’t a great first impression. There were also no clean towels available at the pool. When I asked, I was given towels that were heavily stained—though they did smell like bleach, so I believe they were at least washed. The room itself was noticeably dirty and lacked attention to detail. Both beds had stained top covers, which made them appear unclean, so I removed them. The lounge chair was also heavily stained to the point that we felt the need to cover it with a towel before using it. The sink in the room did not drain properly. There were several cleanliness issues that shouldn’t have been missed—there was a Q-tip left in a drawer, the hand soap was empty, and there was even a toenail on the carpet under a chair. The biggest issue, however, was that there was no hot water in the shower, which made our stay very uncomfortable. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations."

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. My experience at this hotel was unacceptable from start to finish. The first room I was given was dirty—there were bugs, stains on the bed, and it clearly had not been properly cleaned. When I brought it to their attention, I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, it was still not clean. I also want to be very clear—just because I had my dog with me does not mean I should be placed in a subpar or dirty room. That was extremely disappointing. To make matters worse, the interaction at checkout was just as frustrating. When I told the front desk I was checking out, I was met with attitude and resistance instead of basic customer service. I was told I had to wait, questioned repeatedly, and the conversation became unnecessarily tense. Overall, this was a very poor experience—between the cleanliness issues and the lack of professionalism, I would not stay here again."

"Arrived on a Thursday night and was greeted pleasantly by Kyle. Received a text message shortly after asking if we needed anything. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only small thing we didn’t like was that the hotel is right next to the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise everything was excellent! "
