"An amazing place, in an old building with lots of character. Teresa and Luca were really helpful, proving a great breakfast and recommending places to eat. I would definitely stay here again. Car parking is tight but ok if you have a medium or small car, and you probably wouldn’t get a large car through the entrance gate. As the listing says, there are steps (four small flights) from the courtyard to the Villa entrance door so please take that into consideration if you have mobility...

"Excellent stay at Maison di Fiore with easy access to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples / the airport. This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "

"Warm and friendly staff throughout the hotel, which is literally across the road from Herculaneum. Room was great: large and comfy with effective aircon unit and balcony facing rear terrace. Es wurde damit geworben Zimmer mit Blick auf den Vesuv. Leider war unser Zimmer auf der anderen Seite und wir sahen den Vulkan nicht. Man sollte auch unbedingt ein Mietauto dazubuchen da es öffentlich nicht erreichbar ist,"

"This is a very clean and cozy B&B directly across the street from the ruins of Pompeii. It was a little difficult to find, but it’s the same entrance as the ‘Mericano restaurant. We stayed 3 nights with our 2 daughters and were very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here if ever we visit Pompeii again. The street the B&B is on has many restaurants, cafes and shops. We especially liked the Antica Cucina restaurant across the square from the church. The town felt very safe and relaxed."
