"DO NOT COME HERE after I arrived they gave me a room but 2 things was wrong one they gave me a room with someone already in the room and two I booked a king size bed they gave me a 2 full size beds I asked for extra towels multiple times and never received any I kept having to get a maintenance man to come let me into my room cause it kept locking me out there was bugs in the room exposed flooring and crackheads everywhere the bathtub was nasty the pressure of the water felt like I was getting hosed down by a fire truck and when u turned the heater on it made and god awful sound that was annoying and loud and a mood killer"

"The building and room were clean. A sign on the empty check-in desk said “Ring for service.” I tapped the bell one time. The check-in attendant came out to the desk after I rang. She was clearly interrupted from eating in the back and had a mouthful of food when she asked what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation. She then instructed me to move to the other side of the register (away from the bell) while she looked up my reservation. It took longer than it should have and she seemed irritated the entire time."
