"My room was good, but my sister, well I’ll let her answer for herself. And, we got there after 3 and the room wasn’t ready for checking; told to wait about 30 minutes. Th poor desk person was multi-tasking for 2 different people. Lots of rooms were still needing to be cleaned on my floor because the doors were opened. People were coming in very upset that had traveled mostly all day as we had and the rooms weren’t ready. Where was the manager?the desk clerk was catching all the heat when a manager, who gets paid to be one, really should have been on the ground!!!!Getting rooms ready in time was a disaster for incoming people."

"Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, although some of the furniture was a bit worn. The breakfast was great, as usual, and the front desk ladies were friendly. The shower would not get as hot as my wife likes, which is the first time we've had this issue at this hotel."

"Everything was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. They were having a technical difficulty at the front desk, but staff was right on top of it, and did a work around to keep guests from being inconvenienced. Plus, it was fixed by the time we returned from dinner. The breakfast was a bit sparse on fruit and protein options, but it was adequate. Also, I missed having a coffee maker in the room."
