"So room was nice and big, what we didn’t like is that we had to pay for the sheets for every bed. This is the first time this has ever happened checking in and being asked if I have the sheets and it will be 12 eruo for each bed and to top it off I had to clean it myself or pay them to clean my room. We have been on many vacations never have we been charged extra for them to clean the room. And fyi the room was not that clean when we got there with panties in the trash can. "Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly.
Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room.
Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable.
Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks.
Bar area was quiet but very pleasant, nice beer and a good pool table.
WiFi was a bit weak and the lift had a mind of its own.
No complaints at all, just subtle suggestions for...
