It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. "Staff were great, including airport shuttle. Restaurant & breakfast buffet food was good. The buffet location is cramped, with few guests able to serve themselves at same time. Would be better to spread thst out more. The pool was very nice on a hot day. A fitness room would be a nice addition."

"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro.
