"Very disappointed in our stay. The bathroom smelled like an outhouse, due to sewer gas coming from the floor drain. The air conditioner leaked water on the carpet, ruining my socks for the day. Lightbulb burnt out over bathroom sink. And whoever was in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants ..."

"The owners should be removed from the Expedia system. How can they be allowed to cancel a reservation just because they know the customer is through Expedia and they can get more money from a walk in customer. NOT ACCEPTABLE...."
