Khách sạn Vicchio

"Excellent place and people."

"Der står lydisoleret, det var det på ingen måde. Aircon larmede umenneskeligt meget. Der var ingen daglig rengøring som der stod eller andet end 2 ruller toiletpapir. Vi manglede varmt vand i 2 dage og den ene pool var lukket i 2 af dagene: Men flot og roligt sted"

"Great hotel, good location, staff was great, would recommend."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Baglioni in Florence during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The honeymoon upgrade was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we were incredibly grateful for the care and attention that went into making our stay memorable. Every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and their...

"High class hospitality! This property was BEAUTIFUL, and the best service staff I’ve ever experienced. The amenities such as the morning breakfast with a view were a highlight to our trip. We also came while they had a free shuttle which was so helpful for getting into the city and back. The room was nice & clean. "Very well decorated, look lije a palace. Extremally well located, excelent staff"

"Nice and clean upscale hotel, great staff, very nice breakfast. Little too far away from the historical sites!"

"Really liked the hotel, the location was excellent. Room size was a generous size, the added twin-sized couch was nice to have so as not to spend all the time in the room on the bed. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, good value for price."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay !"

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to assist and make our stay as comfortable as possible truly stood out. The hotel itself is absolutely...

"I liked that there was a restaurant and a buffet for breakfast and I have one complaint. Why is the pool not inside because it’s usually really cold in Italy and but that was not very major. The hot tub was very nice. It could be warmer and the bed was hard other than that everything was perfect."
