"It was quiet and in good location"

"The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was extremely small for 3, but this is a budget Hôtel. There were no vending machines, only a desk clerk with a mini fridge. Finding the Hôtel was very difficult for us. Apparently the parking is meant to be in the parking garage immediately next door. We had no information on where to park and after much time wasted we finally chanced a random spot in the parking garage. Later, the desk clerk said we could have parked any where in there...

Le personnel est serviable et sympathique mais de gros manquement dénotant un certain amateurisme ont émaillé mon séjour et m'ont poussé a écourter mon séjour. le coffre-fort de la chambre était inutilisable et des odeurs nauséabondes de fosses septiques émanaient de la salle de bain après chaque douche. "Very poor experience, staffs are not helpful at the desk for all future customers this not a hotel but “ B&B” there are no staff but rude front desk workers with attitude housekeeping is poor safes do not work, coffee & tea are not replenished. Will have problem with keys no doubt. Recommendation please please find another hotel as this is my (our) experience with 4 nights stay with two rooms."

"Room was good, we went with a dog and had good space overall. The bathroom was a little small but had all we need even a bath tube. Breakfast had all we need, I could wish me oat milk but they had coffee out of a machine. Crossaints was great as usual in France. Sufficient parking was on site. Close to the hotel is a commercial center."

"Our room wasn't ready, resulting in a check-in that was over an hour late. It likely would have been longer if I hadn't vocally complained. I suspect they upgraded our room to make up for it, but due to poor communication, we aren't entirely sure. If the staff had actually explained what was happening instead of just repeating "we are fixing it," I would gladly give 5 stars for customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of clarity ruined the experience."
