"Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked."

Cool when the staff speak 5 languages and I only speak 3!
Only issue is that the carpets in the hallway need to be steamed cleaned which I am sure they will address soon!
Bon séjour !"

"The hotel ideally situated for the centre of Bordeaux, a few metres from the Quinconces. Transport connections first class, and an easy ride to the airport. The staff helpful, the room very comfortable, quite and cool, less of a problem when we stayed, but in July would have been an issue. Breakfast was good, and prepared us for the boat trip...! The Tourist office literally over the road. Normandie surpassed our expectations, and we will certainly return!"
