"Getting in and out of the rooms using the Goki app was pretty easy, staff at reception were really nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is the kitchen smelled so bad it permeated throughout the entire area outside it. I stayed on the 4th floor so I can’t speak for the other floors, but there were food items still in the fridges left unmoved for days/weeks at a time (I stayed for 2 weeks) and it was clear it probably hasnt been thoroughly cleaned/checked in a while. "ホステルとしては立地も良く、快適に過ごせる施設だと思います。10代の子どもと宿泊しましたが、フロントは24時間対応で玄関や各フロアの入り口のセキュリティ対策も十分だと感じ、安心して過ごせました。 調理器具は使いこまれたものが多く、数も多いとはいえませんが、簡単な調理をする分には不自由はありませんでした。比較的宿泊者が多い時期でしたが、キッチンは清潔に保たれており、宿泊者同士がルールを守って使用していました。シャワーやトイレも常に清潔に保たれており、快適に使用できました。部屋はドミトリー形式ですが、十分清潔だったと思います。"

"Cheap nights stay. Room is very clean but depending on how the other guests are the bathroom can be pretty bad. Either they aren't cleaned enough or other guests don't have the courtesy to leave the communal spaces tidy."

"Liked friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, free coffee tea and bread. Comfortable bed and communal areas. Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. "
