"The room was ok. Beds were comfy. However the one bathroom I questioned weather or not the floor was cleaned."

"There were no ammenities really here. Was asked on how those were. Just ok I guess. I did not like the check out lady today at 820 am Fri, May 29. Non caring and just uppity. I only had a couple questions and she was so snooty. I Google reviewed that aspect. Not used to snooty ever I guess. One time in Vernon I got a snoot and she was let go. I stay at a lot of places and most appreciate me. I am quiet and clean AND RESPECTFUL...what more does one want in a guest??? Had a very long and tough day that day before too so this will always be remembered now and it did not sit well with me! If you cannot just engage and just not be snotty and if one cannot just be nice...find another job!"

"A beautiful, warm and welcoming hotel. The staff were so helpful in making our stay in Victoria really special. Our room was spacious and very well equipped to make it a comfortable retreat from our sightseeing. We appreciated the extensive, breakfast which was served at the table. Only one comment is that you have to book a time slot on arrival and it was fully booked apart from 7am which was a little early. After a long journey from UK, we would have appreciated a more relaxed start to our day."

"We stayed at Swans for four nights. The suite was the perfect size and layout for our family of two adults and two children aged 8 and 10. Staff cleaned up our room each day and worked around quite a clutter of bikes and other clothes and gear (we were visiting in part to do a Triathlon nearby). The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the restaurants and activities we were excited to visit. Thanks Swans!"
