"The hotel is nice and new, so it's very clean. Our room was super nice and you cannot beat the view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it's within walking distance to downtown which was convenient. The breakfast is good, but the dinner we had was only okay and we felt like it was significantly overpriced. And the pool area is nice but they need some umbrellas for the people that would like a little shade. Also, the lighting in the bathroom of our room was not very good. "

Having shuttle service will make guests like us more comfortable because having a taxi or an uber picking you or dropping you inside the facilities is very tedious due to the extreme entrance and security rules.
