Very limited amenities. no conditioner refilled in the shower and 2 coffee sticks in the room and when we asked for more i was handed 2 more. no Wi-Fi for the TV. had to hotspot from phone. Rubbish stuffed in the sofa bed and no rubbish bin unless in bathroom "

"For what you’re paying I don’t believe you are getting any special 5 star experience. The staff at reception are not particularly friendly, especially when you call them from your room. That’s if you are able to get through to them, the phone is perpetually engaged. I had a tray table that was not collected for more than 24 hours which is not acceptable. The in-room dining options are very limited. Over all, I would say your front office staff needs better training on how to speak to guests. Or...

"Excellent shops nearby, bars, restaurants, retail and 24/7 groceries. Our room unfortunately had a musty smell coming from the air-conditioning and the towels had a damp smell."

"The apartment was great. A real home from home. Well equipped kitchen with all you need - dinning area had great views and the lounge area was comfortable and had a large TV. The wrap-around balcony was lovely - get the sunrise and the sunset. The reception staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend."
