"I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. "Booked a king suite and photos of the room online were not what the room was. For $1000 a night having a tub shower and a toilet squeezed right next to it wasn’t what was pictured (beautiful white marble bathroom with gold fixtures….ya this bathroom was 30+ years old) Lobby bar was nice but the rooms we got weren’t what was pictured and advertised as a suite. Next time will stay elsewhere for sure."
