Villa tại Bang Victoria

"Unfortunately the cold water shower taps were inoperative. Only both hot water taps worked & the water became scolding hot making it impossible to have a shower. The room had a faint musky smell when we entered the property which meant the rooms did not receive any fresh air. "Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. If we return to Port Campbell, we will definitely...
