"Young men working the desk are helpful, attentive and nice. The guy who seems to be the manager is not very helpful. Says that housekeeping is out today- understandable that happens. The issue is that during a two week stay, the room was NEVER once cleaned or vacuumed, no bedding or towels washed or even swapped out. That lack of attention makes every other small flaw, which there are many, stand out. WiFi is slow & weak signal, which alone probably wouldn’t generate my review."

"Beautiful place right outside the town center! I loved the historic elements, how spacious the room was, and how comfortable the bed was! The breakfast items available were great as well! I would definitely recommend this spot in the future!"

"We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone."

"The room was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and soft. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast items also. The only thing I didn't like was when there was only 1 elevator working when so many people were trying to come down for checking out."
