"Clean"

"The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The two issues I had was low water pressure and there is a lot of traffic noise. The walls were rather thin and you could here the people in the room next to you"

"I won't recommend this aparthotel. I have chosen this place for the view from the penthouse towards the sea but I didn't get that room. So in case you are planning to book this apartment for the view get ready to more likely get the city view not the sea. Secondly, this is too far from Valetta, so you will either need to take taxi, or ferry to get quicker to Valetta or walk for 50 minutes every time. We have been told that the room gets cleaned every 3 days, on the 3rd day nobody came to take...

"We had a lovely stay and found the hotel to be absolutely great. We opted for the basic room, and it was perfect—spotlessly clean and exactly what we were looking for. The staff were a particular highlight; they are incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed the pool area and the excellent sun loungers. "On arrival, everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and let us store our luggage as we were early. Unfortunately, the A/C and TV were not working and there was no fridge/mini bar as advertised. The front desk staff really was not helpful in resolving any of these issues. "The communication was really good - we got all the check in info with plenty of time, and messages during our stay asking if we wanted new towels or a room clean etc. The location was also very good. The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled. Overall, an okay stay but incredibly basic and I wouldn't want to stay here for longer than a few nights "
