"The room was clean and meet our expectations, however, I didn’t like the bathroom that doesn’t have locks, anyone can just walk in and it won’t be good for someone who shower. We did not like the smells of the elevators, it smells and not very clean. The hallway was not the best either, carpet hallway should be clean and smells good. "The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure. Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. Reasonable from a price point and located near several restaurants."

"This was a fabulous stay. Just a few blocks from my son's downtown apartment. Spacious hotel, very comfortable beds. Used the workout facility both days... it was very cool and clean with lots of equipment. Best hotel gym I've ever seen. Delicious coffee bar and market. Ate at the Italian restaurant for a late lunch. Views from the room were amazing on the sunny days. Couldn't give this any higher rating! EXCELLENT!!!!"

"They don’t clean your rooms. They replenish things you buy but no towel or bed service. 4 star feels like 2 stars. Nice staff for sure but the property itself and housekeeping make this a one-and-done experience"

"This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise. My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing. Highly recommended."

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely."
