"We travelled with 2 children and stayed for 2 nights. Everything worked just fine. Easy checking-in (and out), staffs were very attentive and helpful. The room not very spacious but beds and pillows were comfortable. A little noise from the floor above but negligible. Overall hotel condition looked nice, clean and relatively new. Diese schrieb mir einen Tag vorher, ich solle Scans unserer Reisepässe schicken, um den Check in zu erleichtern - aber leider ohne Angabe einer Mailadresse. Rückfrage wurde nicht beantwortet. Beim Check in dann die lange Schlange, weil ein älterer Mitarbeiter alle Daten manuell eingeben musste. Unser gebuchtes Vierbettzimmer wurde kurzerhand an die Familie vor uns abgegeben und wir erhielten ein Apartment, das diese abgelehnt hatte! Hilfskräfte...

"Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be relocated to another property within the same category, close to the train station, due to a water leak. The suggested alternative had poor reviews on Google and was situated in a less convenient, inferior location. What made this situation particularly unacceptable was the complete lack of prior notice — we only found out upon check-in. To make matters worse, other guests ahead of us in the queue were being checked in without any issue, meaning...

"I have stayed in multiple 4-star hotels in Italy, and this hotel does not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star property. The photos on the website appear to be outdated, as the hotel did not look as shown in the pictures. Location is also not among the best. In most cases you have use two lines, short trips though. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was good as well."
