"Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back."

"I was charged a parking fee to park my car overnight in the Marriott Doubletree parking lot. Expedia did NOT list a parking fee as an extra charge in addition to the total amount of the bundle (flight, hotel and car) that I previously paid Expedia.
Expedia should have informed me of this additional charge in advance - prior to booking the bundle. How was I to know that I would incur additional charges? The failure of Expedia to provide any kind of notice regarding extra costs was extremely...

"Not much to do there other than gamble. Everything is so far from each other inside the hotel. There’s no fridge in the room other than the wet bar fridge which is stocked and you have to pay if you use anything out of it. So if you want a refrigerator for your own use, you have to pay $35. Will not be going back."

"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore.
This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown.
To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. You are hit with expensive daily fees for both breakfast and parking. Just the...
