This is a really lovely apartment, close to transport into central Vienna but also walkable. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others. The only slight difficulty I had was opening the key safe but that is probably down to my eyesight!

Excellent location and space for the money. Great beds. The bathroom was large and well maintained, with big tub and laundry. The furniture is older, but functional. Also, the kitchenette has all the required pieces. First floor so no need for the elevator. Access was no problem. Good location, close to subway and transit. The one huge negative was the lack of A/C, which in August is an absolute must. Fully recommend ouside of July/August.

Check in procedure was very clear since we arrived late at night. There was no aircondition but a small ventilation fan helped easy the heat during the night.

The apartment is great. However, we had to pay a large amount in cash, which was annoying because it requires either a stranger to enter the apartment without the guest present, or to stay at the apartment for the money transfer. Furthermore, the owners ignored my request to not send messages on WhatsApp, and sent messages that were not necessary if they had checked their own records. The shower was also not entirely clean when we arrived. Furthermore

The apartment is comfortable , clean, light, warm and the view is great . One of the bedrooms has no door, and this is a serious problem. The shower should also be corrected.

Eine Unterkunft, in die man gerne wieder kommt. Moderne, aber doch gemütliche Altbauwohnung, die ausgeklügelt renoviert wurde. In der Küche gibt es auch Filter-Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, und für den spontanen Hunger finden sich sogar Lebensmittel. Daneben noch Waschmaschine, Fernseher inkl. gemütlichem Sofa. Das Bett im abgetrennten Schlafzimmer ist übrigens super-bequem!! Der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigt einen Park und eine ruhige Straße, aber trotzdem ist die U-Bahn nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Hab die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Gerne wieder :-))
