comfort on a busy street

We stayed here five nights just 200m from a U-bahn station that was just four stops from Karlsplatz,at the edge of the Inner city adjacent to the Wiener Staatsoper. The place is spacious, the bed was good, the couch was comfortable, and there were good grocery stores and restaurants in the area. The windows look out onto a major thoroughfare that has a lot of traffic noise beginning before dawn. Even so,we opened them up at night because there is no AC. A few missing amenities would have been helpful -- more toilet paper, some paper towels for the kitchen, and a wine corkscrew.

Gute Kommunikation. Check-in per Schlüsselbox problemlos. Gute Ausstattung der Küche. Matrazen bequem. Badezimmer mit Nachtlicht, was selten aber sehr praktisch ist. Lebensmittelsmarkt und U-Bahn Station nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da es uns an nichts gefehlt hat.

洗濯機以外の生活に必要なものは全て揃っていました。全体的に新しく、清潔な部屋でした。 ウィーンは物価がとても高いですが、近くにスーパーがあるので、そこで食材を買ってキッチンで料理ができるので節約にピッタリのホテルでした。駅も近く、なかなか便利です。外食は1本で行ける西駅の近くのレストランが安いのでおすすめです。 次もまた泊まりたいです。

My friends and I had such a lovely time staying at Cityrooms during our visit to Vienna. It's spacious and there's a Billa (grocery store) and the U-Bahn station just a stone's throw away from the apartment which makes travelling very convenient! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit.

Das Appartement ist etwas von der Innenstadt entfernt hat aber eine prima U-Bahn Anbindung, so dass man in ein paar Minuten mittendrin ist. Es ist sehr geräumig, hat eine prima Ausstattung und ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Straße ist etwas laut, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern lässt es sich aushalten. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für Wien supergut. Zum Joggen sind es nur 1,2 km zum Park Schönbrunn! Wir wurden außerdem sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend empfangen!!

Nice apartment for a good price.

We stayed 5 days in Vienna and we had a great time, the hotel is well located right next to the metro station, a market and small shops, the lady in charge of the apartment was extremely nice and helpful, the room spacious and comfortable and also very clean, we'd definitely consider this option for a future visit to this beautiful city.

Apartment ist in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station und von einem Supermarkt, ist auch groß, Bad könnte größer sein. Nachteil ist, dass die Fenster direkt an eine viel befahrene Straße gehen und man diese in der Nacht nicht öffnen kann

Großes Appartement in Citynähe

Das Appartment in einem weitgehend renovierten Altbauhaus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und geräumig. Es verfügt über ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad, eine kleine Küche und einen Vorraum für Garderobe etc. Die Wohnung kann gut geheizt werden. Sie liegt allerdings an einer stark befahrenen Straße, d.h. etwas Autolärm ist hörbar, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Wiener Innenstadt ist mit der U4 optimal, da die nächste Station in wenigen Minuten erreicht wird (Lengenfeldgasse). Auch die U6 hält dort. Die Bahnen fahren aller 3 - 7 Minuten und bis zum Karlsplatz beträgt die Fahrzeit keine 10 Minuten. Ein Lebenmittelmarkt befindet sich wenige Häuser weiter, auch andere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, kümmert sich persönlich um alles und fand auch eine Möglichkeit, unser Gepäck bis zum Abend abstellen zu können.

非常に快適

メトロ４号線と６号線の乗り換え駅である レンゲンフェルトガッセ駅の直近ですので、ウィーン西駅・マイドリング駅・カールスプラッツ駅・シェーンブルン駅等への接続がよく、移動・観光に非常に便利です。 チェックイン時にオーナーと面談があり、入居手続きと設備の説明を受けるので、英語（もしくはドイツ語）でのコミュニケーション能力が必要です。 部屋は広く、清潔で、設備も新しく、非常に快適な滞在が送れます。 キッチンに調理器具・食器類がひととおり用意してあり、徒歩一分の距離にスーパーもありますので、自炊が可能です。 唯一の難点は、部屋が３階にあるのですが、建物にエレベーターがなく、チェックイン・チェックアウト時に荷物の上げ下ろしが大変なところです。

Appartamento grazioso e completo, pulizia così così. Lo stabile in cui si trova lascia un po'a desiderare...zona ben servita e a due passi da Shonbrunn. Nel complesso il giudizii è positivo,ma di certo non eccellente

Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern (11J, 13J) für zwei Nächte in Wien. Die Wohnung ist für drei perfekt, für uns vier war es mit dem Doppelbett und der Schlafcouch etwas unkomfortabel, da die Couch für zwei Personen doch recht eng ist. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön groß und hell und gut Ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war für uns toll, nur zwei Stationen mit der U-Bahn nach Schönbrunn und vier zum Karlsplatz.

High standards

I recently stayed there and was surprised by how high the standards was. The size of the apartment, facilities and cleanliness were fantastic. Very nicely located, few minutes from the underground station, supermarkets and cafes all walking distance. A little further up the road busier with banks, post office and more shops and restaurants. I will hope come back again if visiting Vienna.

Die Wegbeschreibung, Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe, Bezahlung - war alles perfekt. Sehr freundliche Betreuung! Nettes Appartment in einem typischen Wiener Altbau. Super Lage - gleich bei einer U-Bahn-Station. Supermarkt ums Eck. Günstiger Preis - keine versteckten Nebenkosten (z.B. für Reinigung) Dieses Appartment würden wir wieder nehmen!

Comoda stanza vicino al centro

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni a Vienna in questo piccolo appartamento. L'appartamento è in un palazzo vicino al centro di Vienna. E' pulito con piccola cucina accessoriata, bel televisore ben riscaldato. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e la signora ci ha dato una cartina e tutte le informazioni necessarie. Unica pecca dell'appartamento è che il divano a letto (noi siamo in quattro, una coppia con due ragazzi di 13 e 16 anni) non è molto comodo.
