Staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot sauna, since it rained while we were there. The room was perfect with a view of the park. Breakfast buffet was splendid and had lots of choices, like various meats, eggs, and cheeses, some oatmeals, yogurts, cold cereals, pastries, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, juices, coffee, and lots of attendants replenishing. Great location being close to everything we wanted to see and do.

This property was perfectly located and we could walk or use close public transport to see everything we wanted to. As a family it’s great to have a washer/dryer and a bath. The kids loved having their own ‘floor’.

We (4 people) stayed in a suite at this hotel and it was lovely. I’d defitniely recommend it! It’s very close to multiple areas in the centre of Vienna (you can get to most tourist areas on foot - at most a 30min walk). It’s also only a 1 min walk away from a train station. Very very clean and lovely service at the hotel!

Black mould. Old beaten up. Uncomfortable beds. Phone not working. Shower not working. Tiny 20 inch screens used as TVs. No lock on bedroom and bathroom doors. Parking not on site as promised. Extremely difficult and time consuming to go to another hotel across the road to park. Had to walk three times back-and-forth to figure out where the parking was and how to access it. Very frustrating.

Overall a great place to stay. Neat "boutique" style hotel within easy walking distance to the subway station and the park, as well as the city center. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, although the showers are very small (bigger than a cruise ship shower, but not by much). The beds were a bit harder than I prefer, and the king-sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again when in Vienna.

Overall it was a good hotel, however AC was very low and with high temperatures it wasnt enough, room layout could be improved and lastly when we tried to complete check out there was no staff on service, even if it was after 7am

We booked the most expensive and large suite but were given a standard room. The room was very hot although outside it was about 5. The bathroom smelled like an open sewer and despite all windows open the smell got worse in the room itself and the room did not cool. Later the evening we complained but were told we were already several hours in the room and no rooms were available. When we got upset they suddenly found a room (yes the same one we originally booked). This room was noisy at night (see picture with a noice level at 2 hours past midnight). We thus needed earplugs to sleep

Excellent hotel

What a wonderful hotel!! We just loved it here. Our suite was huge and so comfortable. The hotel was spotless throughout. The location was great. It is within walking distance of most all of the Vienna tourist attractions. What we enjoyed here the most though was the staff. All of the desk staff just went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us out. We can’t say enough excellent things about them. The only negative about our stay here was the breakfast. It was 24 euro per person and it just wasn’t worth it. There was a decent selection of food to choose from, but the food was just ok quality. The juice one morning was so chemical tasting that we couldn’t drink it. And I question their food handling. The sterno went out under the sausages, and my sausage was really cold. When I alerted the buffet staff, they just relit the sterno and never adequately heated the meat. That’s a big no no. Overall I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, I would just avoid the breakfast buffet at all costs.

Good location that was walkable to the centre and very close to the U Bahn. The hotel was very clean, comfotable, very friendly and very spacious. Can’t fault it. The breakfast choices were fresh and varied from cereals and fruit to pastries and cooked items. Our party had a wonderful few days.

8月にジュニアスタジオスイートに3泊しました、Expediaで予約しましたが3泊で8万円程度だったのでコストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。部屋は40㎡あり広く快適です。自分たちの泊まった部屋には窓が3箇所もありましたが、窓からは建物の壁と屋根が見えるだけでした。周りは静かで快適にすごせました。部屋にはワードローブ、小さなテーブルと椅子、ちょっとした作業も可能なデスク、電気ポットなどがありました。セキュリティボックスはとても小さく、自分の14インチのPCは入りませんでした。毎日出かけるときにPCはフロントに預けましたが、預り証もなかったので少し不安でした。バスルームも広くバスタブもシャワールームもあります。歯ブラシはありません。タオル類はバスルームの床かバスタブに置かないと交換してくれないようです。ただフロントに交換してほしいとお願いしたら、部屋に新しいタオルを届けてくれました。 朝食は緑の野菜がないですが、それ以外は一般的なホテルと変わらない感じだと思います。コーヒーはカプチーノもありますが、普通のコーヒーを頼むとポットで持ってきてくれ、ミルクも別になっているので、ミルクの量を調節したいひとには良いサービスと思います。 ランドリーがあるという情報があったのですが、洗濯機と乾燥機が1台ずつで、タイミングが悪いとなかなか使えないようでした。ランドリーを使う場合は、フロントに申し込んでから使う必要があり、1回につき20ユーロかかるということでした。自分が申し込んだときはまだ洗濯機が使用中だったので1時間ほど待ってからフロントにお願いしたところ、洗濯物を取り出して使わせてくれました。洗剤も備えていました。乾燥機はずっと使用中だったのですが、乾燥用の物干しラックがあり、自由に部屋に持ち込んで良いということだったのでそちらで乾かしました。夜干して次の日観光から帰ったら乾いていました。またバスルームに電熱のタオル掛のようなものがあり、そちらでも乾かせるとのことでした。セルフサービスで20ユーロは高い気はします。 このホテルはウィーンの中心には徒歩圏内、地下鉄のStadtpark駅までは2分と近くシェーンブルン宮殿には地下鉄1本で行けます。すぐ近くにGmoa Kellerという評判の良いレストランもあります。宿泊最終日には夕食の時間に強い雨が降ったのですが、眼の前にインターコンチネンタル ウィーンという高級ホテルもあり、そこで食事もすることができました。 スタッフは皆親切でフロントでは色々質問したのですが、丁寧に回答してくれました。ちょっと中心からは離れていますが、部屋が広く静かな環境で過ごしたい人にはおすすめできます。
左が洗濯機、右が乾燥機のようでした。奥の青い袋は粉石鹸です。

Highlight Suites was just terrific. The staff was pleasant and helpful, the location in downtown Vienna made it easy to get to the many restaurants, museums and shops, all of which are easily walkable. The room/suite was beyond spacious! Nicely appointed with great bathroom amenities. My only slight disappointment was there was no iron/ironing board which after unpacking, would have been helpful. I didn't eat in the restaurant so, cannot review it. Overall, a really terrific hotel!
