At first we thought getting to Vienna was going to be inconvenient, but the public transportation network and taxi service from the hotel was easy. Ask about where the U2 purple line is and purchase your ticket for up to 72 hours and then validate the the ticket and keep it with you and then you will have access to metro, trams and buses anywhere in Vienna. This hotel is right on the Danube and overall we had a great experience.

The rooms were excellent except for the fact that the hot water was temperamental. Early morning you could have a hot shower with low pressure but later in the day the water was tepid and had low pressure. Meeting room was too warm and the catering In the restaurant was the same everyday. I was there for 5 days and it became predictable and boring. Also too far from city centre and nothing to do around the hotel despite it being on the river.

Their computer system was down, and the staff were not prepared because of their lack of teamwork manifested by confusion and apparent signs of trying to avoid customers when asked about storing their suitcases. Poor customer service!

Very nice breakfast. Very good beds. Friendly staff. Clean and practical room with excellent bathroom. Close to Stadion metro station. All in all we really enjoyed our stay (2 adults 2 teenagers, waterfront room). Thanks!

This is a very good hotel that I am happy to return to each time I am in Vienna. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and they also provide a nice desk to work at, which is important to me when I travel for business. The breakfasts are also really good!

Bon séjour en famille. Hôtel un peu excentré mais situé sur les bords du Danube et accessible en transports en commun (5 min à pied du métro U2). Petit-déjeuner : très bien achalandé et très varié. Dîner : restaurant pour le dîner. Personnel : très gentil et serviable. Une bonne expérience.

It was located very near to Airport . The location was perfect facing river. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. The public transportation was just few meters away from hotel.

Really clean and spacious - I was there in March but would love to see it in the summer with the space out on the river and Danube views. Rooms were really big, staff were helpful. Great value for money

The hotel is how to say.... Hilton..... Or Hiltong . First of all, We booked the room with Baby bed, Of course, when we arrived there was no baby bed. We wanted to drink something for the fridge. The fridge is empty. The beds are separated even though we asked for a King size. We were looking for the slippers, There's no slippers in the room. You should be careful when you go to the restroom. A small role of paper toilet. You have to ask for Another one. The shower Could be nice... If the pressure would be sufficient, It's almost impossible To regulate the temperature. It is too hot or it is too cold. Even the phone in the room Is not working. The parking Is Also Very specific. If you have an electric car, you have to pay A fee of more than 10 Euro over the cost of the electricity on the top of 26 EUR for the parking. The Restaurant is average A simple salad cost more than 20 Eur. It is for sure Not that the level of Hilton. It is Far away from the center. Nothing around. In short :Disaster.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great view of the river. It is perfect to enjoy the river at night with a nice glass of wine. There is a subway station with 5 min walking distance. Something I learned about Austria is DO NOT forget to get your subway ticked stamped. Otherwise l, there will be a €120 fine waiting for you at your favorite destination, lol. Besides this minor incident , the hotel is marvelous and I would stay here again. The facility is clean, spacious, and it offers a l phenomenal breakfast.

This property is located just a short driver to the city center. The river view adds a very special touch to the place. Breakfast is excellent as expected. The hotel is a great place to relax with a glass of wine after the long walks in the city.

Ankunft: Freundlich, ein Mitarbeiter kommt und begleitet Gäste zum Fahrstuhl. Etwas Probleme gibt es, weil im Hotel-System wohl nicht hinterlegt ist, dass die Rechnung schon vorab bezahlt wurde. Parken: Für 3 Tage haben wir ~80 Euro für den nicht überdachten, unbewachten Parkplatz bezahlt. Leider hat uns die Mitarbeiterin beim Check-In trotz Nachfrage nicht gesagt, dass wir gleich Tagestickets für den gesamten Aufenthalt bekommen könnten. So bezahlten wir am ersten Abend erst einmal den teureren Stundenpreis für den Parkplatz und mussten nochmal zur Rezeption und um das Tagesticket bitten. Zimmer: Sauber und geräumig. Leider war unseres eines der ersten im Gang. Bis nachts 24 Uhr hörten wir andere Gäste, schreiende und spielende Kinder durch die Türe. Morgens ab etwa 7 Uhr ging dies weiter. Frühstück: Wir haben keinen Platz bekommen, da es total überfüllt war. Es war lauter, als in einer vollen Bahnhofshalle. Den letzten Platz haben wir an einem Tisch an der benachbarten Bar ergattert. Ohne Gedeck, ohne Besteck. Leider gab es auch am Buffet erst einmal keine Teller mehr. Auch mit dem Nachfüllen der Speisen kamen die Mitarbeitenden nicht nach. Es war so viel los, dass man für 2 Brötchen und 1 Kaffee eine Viertelstunde warten musste. 2 Kaffeemaschinen für so viele Gäste sind nicht ausreichend. Zudem klebte der Boden. Generell ging es unhygienisch zu. Mehrmal niesten Gäste auf das Essen. Keine Abdeckung oder Glasblenden. Beschwerde wurde aufgenommen. Geändert hat es nichts.

Although the hotel itself was lovely, the staff was great and the food as well, my 3 stars go to the fact that there wasn’t any WIFi available for almost 3 days. I was traveling internationally and was relying on the WiFI usually given to a guest, specially at a Hilton with its fantastic reputation, and it did not work for 3 whole days. Basically, my entire stay in Vienna. I went through many troubles because of this situation. Everything else was fantastic.

The hotel is newly renovated and everything was nice and neat. Unfortunately the breakfast area is not sized to accomodate a full hotel which meant that every morning was a chaos often involving a long wait to get a table. This was for us a major drawback on the overall experience. On a minor scale, having to ask for more handsope or clean towels to ALL, several times is not what you would expect at Hilton.
