Easily walkable from stadion train station on the U2 line which is then a simple ride into the centre. While place clean and comfortable. Nice to watch the boats going up and down the Danube from the bar terrace.

We stayed there for 4 nights. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were some drawbacks. The hotel is quite far from everything, so you need to use Uber or a taxi to get to the city center. The air conditioning wasn't cool enough, and we felt sweaty throughout the nights. Additionally, the pillows had a very unpleasant smell. While it's an okay hotel, I don't think I would choose to stay there again.

Very friendly staff - especially Nadine who was very kind helped us to extend our stay . Excellent beds , location on the riverside ( quiet and private but 5 min walking distance to the underground and then 10 min to centre of Vienna . Did not like that the pool was not heated , very few options to choose from at the restaurant which were very expensive.

Beautiful lobby and even more breathtaking river view and pool area out back. Concert was in town so they were extremely busy, but the staff remained calm and got us all squared away. I was especially impressed with Dominick at the front desk watching him switch back and forth from English to Deutsch every other guest and remained patient with a lot going on. Location is perfect for the river or concert/sporting venue. Everything else is a ways away but there is a subway station nearby.

I only want one thing from a hotel, good uninterrupted sleep. Room 105 that we were given if right in front of a super powerful flood light that belongs to the hotel and colours the facade, so there’s lots of light entering the room despite the thick drapes around its edges. Room is also extremely hot even with A/C on lowest setting.

Chambre au rdc vue sur le parking, les gens avec enfants tres bruyants dans l hôtel et dans le restaurant. La chambre éclairée par les spots extérieurs de l hôtel. Je suis tres déçue car il y avait des chambres avec vue non proposées par la réceptionniste. Ayant deja séjourné dans des Hilton j avais pris cet hotel pour la qualité des prestations, tres decue à Vienne.

Wir waren das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist toll, direkt an der Donau. Eine U Bahn Haltestelle ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig. Beim Reinigen sollte etwas mehr auf die Details geachtet werden (Spinnweben an der Decke, Flecken auf dem Badezimmerfußboden). Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit einer riesigen Auswahl an leckeren Speisen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig, mit Ausblick auf die Donau. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bar, die Executive Lounge und das Restaurant waren ebenfalls super. Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker. Zu den Stoßzeiten kann es etwas voller sein.

Rooms were spacious. Property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was great although pretty busy. Only complaint was room was too hot and air condition wasn't switched on just blowing warm air.
